At YZAMA, we are committed to ensuring the quality and integrity of every piece.

Due to hygiene and product protection reasons, we do not accept returns or refunds on jewelry items once they have been opened, worn, or used.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original sealed packaging;

  • The return request must be made within 14 days of delivery;

  • Proof of purchase is required.

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened jewelry items cannot be returned or exchanged unless the item is defective or incorrect upon arrival.

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [your email] with photos of the product and packaging.

Please note:

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable;

  • Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable;

  • Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
